Tina, Cora & Chiara — Planting the Seeds of Tomorrow
💫 Our Campaign
Our goal is to raise $6,000 through an inspiring family-led initiative that brings together creativity, compassion, and care for both people and the planet.
These include:
• Hosting an eco-themed scavenger hunt with five clue stations, each teaching participants about animal conservation.
• Turning collected recycled items into guided upcycled crafts, reminding children that sustainability begins with awareness and small actions.
• Encouraging families and friends to participate, with each $30 ticket going directly to support children under the Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme.
• Planting the seeds of kindness and community, showing that giving can grow naturally when nurtured with love.
Through this family’s act of giving, every step taken and every recycled ribbon collected becomes a lesson in empathy and hope for the next generation.
🤍 Story of Giving
For Tina and her daughters, Cora (12) and Chiara (7), giving is something that starts at home — passed down through stories, values, and action.
After completing her PSLE, Cora wanted to mark her milestone by helping others, inspired by classmates who lacked support and resources. With guidance from her mother and enthusiasm from her little sister, she created an eco-themed scavenger hunt — turning learning into love, and fun into purpose.
At each station, participants learn about conservation, collect recycled materials, and create crafts that symbolise care for both the Earth and its people. For this family, giving isn’t just about charity — it’s about teaching gratitude, empathy, and the belief that every small act of kindness can grow into something lasting.
Their story of giving is simple: Planting the seeds of tomorrow — one act, one lesson, one light at a time.
🌱 Story of Hope
At just 9, Aina’s laughter lights up every room, but learning isn’t always easy for her. As the sixth of seven siblings, her home environment isn’t always conducive to studying, and she often struggles to focus, especially when it comes to math, which doesn’t come naturally to her. Despite the frustration, Aina faces each challenge with courage and determination, tackling every problem step by step and never giving up.
Through the Young Hearts programme, she has found mentors who believe in her and a safe, supportive space where she can grow in confidence, teamwork, and resilience. She dreams of becoming a police officer one day — to protect others and make her family proud. Your support helps children like Aina overcome difficult learning environments and believe in brighter tomorrows.
