Our goal is to raise $6,000 by giving children not just essentials, but the same warmth, dignity, and hope that changed a young boy’s life decades ago.

💛 Story of Giving
For Michael Ma, founder of IndoChine Group, the Red Cross isn’t just an organisation, it’s a part of his story.
As a child refugee from Laos in the 1970s, Michael remembers the day he received his very first pair of socks from the Red Cross upon arriving in Australia. To others, it might have been a small thing — but to him, it was everything. It represented warmth, comfort, and the beginning of hope.
That moment sparked a lifetime of giving. Today, through 60 Lights, One Future, Michael continues that same legacy, giving back to the Red Cross and supporting children who, like him once, simply need a chance. A symbol of care that lasts far beyond a single moment.
🌱 Story of Hope
At just 10, Nadia has learned to stay strong amid life’s challenges. The middle child of six, she lives with her family in a small flat where her father works tirelessly as the sole breadwinner. Despite the pressures at home, Nadia radiates energy and positivity. Her love for sports has earned her a place in the Junior Sports Academy, a testament to her determination and talent.
Through the Young Hearts programme, she’s found mentors who guide her academically and emotionally, helping her grow in confidence and focus. Nadia dreams of becoming a sports coach one day. Your support helps children like Nadia keep their dreams alive and their spirit unbreakable.
