Lil Palette — Sharing Light Through Creativity
💫 Our Campaign
Our goal is to raise $6,000 by bringing children together through art to create one collective masterpiece — a symbol of creativity, community, and compassion.
These include:
• Creating a large collaborative sculpture where every Lil Palette student contributes a piece of artwork.
• Led by two masterclass students, Eloise and Sophie, who will guide their peers in designing and building the sculpture.
• Using art as a means of giving — every brushstroke and sculpture piece represents hope for another child.
• Donating proceeds from the project to the Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme, supporting children with education, enrichment, and mentorship.
At Lil Palette, creativity is not just taught — it’s shared. This campaign shows how art can illuminate lives, one painting, one child, one story at a time.
💛 Story of Giving
For Lynn Teo, founder of Lil Palette, art is more than a skill — it’s a daily practice that teaches empathy, mindfulness, and community. Through 60 Lights, One Future, Lynn and her students are using their creativity to give back.
Their Story of Giving is Sharing Light Through Creativity — a campaign that encourages young artists to use their talents to help others. By contributing to a single collaborative sculpture, students learn that their art can carry meaning beyond themselves — it can bring warmth, confidence, and opportunity to children who need it most.
As Lynn shares, the purpose of Lil Palette has always been to inspire children to “shine as lights” — and this Christmas, her students are doing exactly that.
🌱 Story of Hope
Firdaus, 10, lives in a rental flat with his parents and is bright, sociable, and curious. His father takes on delivery work to support the family. Despite managing certain health challenges, Firdaus approaches each day with determination and shows resilience even at such a young age.
At Young Hearts, Firdaus has a supportive environment where he can learn, play and build friendships. Through consistent mentorship, he is learning to maintain focus, strengthen his academics and develop social confidence. Firdaus aspires to be a police officer and continues to embrace opportunities to learn and to grow as a person.
