Our goal is to raise $6,000 by transforming stories of struggle into stories of strength — helping children in Singapore grow up with the care, confidence, and hope they deserve.
These include:
• Partnering with 60 Lights, One Future to support the Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme.

🤍 Story of Giving
For Lawrence Wong, being a Light means remembering where he came from and helping others rise from where he once stood.
Before his success as an actor, Lawrence grew up in humble circumstances, moving between homes and even living in public rental housing for low-income families. “I’ve experienced sadness, joy, hardship, and tough times,” he shared. “So I really understand how hard it is for kids from poor families to stay optimistic about the future.”
Those years taught him the value of compassion. Even today, Lawrence donates regularly to local charities such as the Cat Welfare Society and the Singapore Cancer Society — not out of abundance, but out of empathy.
As part of 60 Lights, One Future, he hopes to remind others that giving doesn’t need to be grand. His story of giving is one of humility, perseverance, and gratitude — proof that light shines brightest when it comes from the heart.
🌱 Story of Hope
At just 8, Atikah has already faced more challenges than most children her age. During the COVID-19 pandemic, her family went through difficult times, but Atikah’s spirit never dimmed. With her bright smile and love for drawing Pokémon characters like Pikachu, she brings joy to those around her.
Through the Young Hearts programme, Atikah found a safe, nurturing space where she can learn, express herself, and regain confidence in her studies and in life. Her laughter now fills the centre each afternoon. Your support gives children like Atikah the strength and hope to keep shining through life’s storms.
