HADASITY — Creative Vessels of Light
💫 Our Campaign
Our goal is to raise $6,000 by transforming creativity into compassion — using art, fashion, and design to light up the lives of children in need.
These include:
• Hosting Hadasity Studio Experiences — immersive workshops where participants create abstract paintings and free-flow wire jewellery.
• Organising a Giving Night at the Hadasity Studio Store — an evening of art, fashion, and fellowship.
• Donating a portion of proceeds from Hadasity’s clothing and jewellery collections to the Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme.
• Encouraging creative giving — where every piece and every story carries light.
At Hadasity, every act of creation becomes an act of kindness — proving that art can do more than inspire; it can transform lives.
💛 Story of Giving
For Hadassah Lau, founder of Hadasity, creativity is a vessel of light — a way to connect, uplift, and heal. Through 60 Lights, One Future, she’s channeling her passion for art and design into purpose.
This campaign is deeply personal for Hadassah. Moved by the thought that one child’s life could be transformed through creativity and compassion, she is using her workshops and collections to fund education, mentorship, and nourishment for children supported by the Singapore Red Cross.
Her mission is simple yet powerful: to ignite a culture of creative giving — where art, style, and storytelling illuminate the world with hope.
🌱 Story of Hope
Khalisa lives with her single mother, who often has to work late into the night, and her younger sister, with whom she shares a close bond. As a reserved child who quietly bears her own burdens with a smile, she tends to bottle up her emotions resulting in the occasional outbursts. Academically, Khalisa does relatively well during the Young Hearts tutoring sessions but at present, is still needing the support to replicate that in school settings during assessments.
With closer guidance, she is learning to express her emotions in healthy ways and communicate her needs more openly. She also enjoys regular and nutritious meals at the centre and feels safe to share her thoughts more openly with staff who endeavour to guide her in thoughtful decision-making. With consistent support, she is better able to manage healthy routines and continues to brighten the space with her cheerful nature. She dreams of becoming a teacher or counsellor, hoping to support others the way she has been supported.

🌟 Quote
“This Christmas, my story of giving is to remind others that every act of generosity begins with one person. And that in giving, both the giver and the receiver are seen, known, and loved.”
