Our goal is to raise $6,000 by uniting the Prudential Actuarial Department in a shared act of compassion — showing that together, small efforts can make an extraordinary impact.
These include:
• A department-wide fundraiser spearheaded by Frank and Lee Jet, both of whom matched employee donations to reach the goal.
• Encouraging colleagues to contribute voluntarily, with full participation achieved in just 48 hours.
• Supporting children under the Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme with education, mentorship, enrichment, and nutrition.
• Using teamwork, empathy, and shared purpose to show that giving is at the heart of Prudential’s values.

🤍 Story of Giving
For Frank and his colleague Lee Jiat, the motivation to give began with their own stories. Both grew up in underprivileged circumstances: Homes marked by struggle, uncertainty, and hardship. Having experienced firsthand how opportunity can change a life, they wanted to ensure others could experience that same light.
What started as a small initiative between two colleagues quickly became a department-wide effort. Within 48 hours, the Prudential Actuarial Department reached its fundraising goal, with Frank and Lee Jet personally matching the balance to complete the donation.
Their story of giving reminds us that generosity doesn’t have to be grand — it simply has to be shared.

At just 10, Mindy grew up in a bustling household with her hardworking mother, sisters, and a newborn sibling.
