Bosses Network Young Chapter: Light in Frame x 60 Lights
💫 Our Campaign
Our goal is to raise $6,000 through Light in Frame — a charity portrait campaign that turns moments of pride into opportunities to give back.
These include:
• Hosting a meaningful photoshoot fundraiser where every portrait taken represents a donation to the Young Hearts Programme.
• Mobilising members of the Bosses Network community to come together in celebration and service.
• Raising funds to provide education, mentorship, enrichment, and nutrition to children from public rental flats.
• Reminding business leaders that success shines brightest when shared.
Each photo captured becomes more than a portrait — it’s a promise to light another child’s path toward hope and opportunity.
💛 Story of Giving
At Bosses Network Young Chapter (BNYC), leadership isn’t just about growth — it’s about giving. For Dedrick Loo, Chairman of BNYC, success means lifting others up and using one’s influence for good.
Through Light in Frame, members are transforming celebration into compassion, coming together for a portrait fundraiser that supports the Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme.
This initiative reflects the community’s belief that business is not just about achievement, but about shared humanity — because when every portrait shines for another, we’re building a brighter future for all.
🌱 Story of Hope
Annisa, 11, is the second of three siblings who lives with her mother. She has had to grapple with several major family transitions with her mother struggling severe health and other issues while her father faces major ongoing challenges. As such, she has to help with household chores regularly and care for her younger brother. Naturally introverted, she also struggles socially and faces several challenges at school.
At Young Hearts, Annisa is slowly being guided to engage more confidently with staff and peers while also picking up good habits pertaining to personal care, enabling her to be more accepted and included by her peers. She has also found a safe and inclusive space where she is growing in self-confidence and has been observed to be more comfortable in expressing herself and in forming friendships. She aspires to be a teacher to help mould young minds.
