💫 Our Campaign
Our goal is to raise $6,000 by transforming the joy of sharing fine wines into meaningful support for children and families in need.
These include:
• Launching Reds for Red Cross, where every bottle shared contributes to the Young Hearts Programme.
• Turning corporate gifting into giving — blending celebration with compassion.
• Encouraging more organisations and individuals to understand and support the work of the Red Cross.
• Inspiring a culture where generosity flows as freely as good wine.
Rooted in our belief that business can and should be a force for good, Reds for Red Cross celebrates both community and conscience. Each bottle raised becomes a symbol of warmth, generosity, and hope.
💛 Story of Giving
At Speco, doing well and doing good have always gone hand in hand. Founded as a social enterprise, Speco began by hiring marginalised groups — from ex-offenders to single parents and persons with disabilities — and has since grown into a regional nanotechnology company with a heart for impact.
As five-time Champions of Good and recipients of the President’s Award for Philanthropy and Volunteerism, Speco continues to amplify causes that uplift communities. Through Reds for Red Cross, they’re turning the spirit of celebration into a movement of generosity — showing how one company’s purpose can ripple outward to light many futures.
🌱 Story of Hope
Shafira, 11, lives with her parents and younger brother in a rental flat. With both parents often working late and her father facing various health struggles, she often helps care for her brother, manage household chores and thus has her meals late or at irregular times. Still, inspired by her mother, Shafira dreams of becoming a baker.
At the same time, she aspires to be a primary school teacher to Primary 1 children, having seen staff at Young Hearts guiding the younger children. With closer mentoring, she is learning to express herself with kindness and greater patiencem even expressing care and concern to other children at the centre. Through Young Hearts, she enjoys a safe, welcoming space to study, have nutritious and regular meals and a quiet area to unwind.
