💫 Our Campaign
Our goal is to support vulnerable children by bringing together our lawyers, business teams, and community partners to help the children of Young Hearts stand tall and dream freely.
These include:
• Supporting the Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme, which provides education, mentorship, enrichment, and nutrition for children from public rental flats.
• Encouraging every A&G staff member to complete 24 hours of pro bono or community service annually — a firm-wide initiative to instill gratitude and empathy.
• Building mentorship opportunities between lawyers and children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
• Inspiring collective giving within Singapore’s legal community to create long-lasting, positive impact.

For Allen & Gledhill LLP, giving back has always been at the heart of the firm’s legacy.
As the managing partner shared, the motivation to give comes from gratitude. Having once received help during his own childhood, he now feels a deep responsibility to pay it forward. Today, as a father of four and a leader within Singapore’s legal community, he hopes to nurture that same spirit of generosity among his colleagues and teams.
Through 60 Lights, One Future, A&G is contributing both funds and mentorship to the Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme, supporting children in education and personal growth. The firm’s hope is that the bonds formed today may grow into lifelong encouragement for the children who need it most.

🌱 Story of Hope
Winston, 11, dreams of becoming a CEO of a robot company or a YouTuber one day. At home, he’s an only child who spends most of his time on mobile games while his father works tirelessly to support the family. When he joined the Young Hearts programme, Winston was shy and quiet.
But over time, he found a safe space and a second home where he could laugh, learn, and grow in confidence. Today, he speaks up more, makes friends easily, and hopes to one day give his father a better life. Your support helps children like Winston dream brighter.
