Singlapa — The Art of Giving

DONATE NOW. Your contribution goes directly to the Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme to light a child’s future.

💫 Our Campaign

Our goal is to raise $6,000 through Art that Connects — a campaign that transforms creativity into compassion and art into opportunity.

These include:
• Hosting three themed watercolour workshops inspired by Singapore’s heritage and Christmas, with 100% of proceeds going to the Young Hearts Programme.
• Donating 10% of all online sales, along with optional checkout top-ups, to support children in need.
• Partnering with local venues to bring people together through art, hope, and giving.
• Demonstrating that art can do more than decorate — it can heal, inspire, and connect.

At Singlapa, every brushstroke and product sold helps light the way for a child’s brighter future, proving that creativity can spark real change.

💛 Story of Giving

Founded by Lovey and Rung, Singlapa is a lifestyle brand that blends watercolour artistry with everyday living — creating beauty with purpose. For Lovey, this campaign is especially personal.

Having spent her early childhood in a one-room rental flat, she understands the challenges faced by children from underprivileged backgrounds. Through 60 Lights, One Future, she hopes to give those children the same chance to dream and thrive.

This Christmas, Singlapa is turning art into a bridge — connecting hearts, communities, and hope through creativity and compassion.

🌱 Story of Hope

Relatively new to Young Hearts, Sean, 10, is cared for and lives with his grandparents. To support his grandmother who faces severe health challenges, he helps out with daily household chores. Sean has also been reported to face challenges at school including being bullied and was observed to display impulsive behaviours. Though active, playful and restless at times, Sean is growing in his sense of responsibility and has been observed to present with leadership qualities during Young Hearts outings.

At Young Hearts, Sean receives closer guidance and is beginning to enjoy an inclusive community in a safe space, have timely nutritious dinners and is slowly better able to express his opinions more appropriately and confidently. He is also learning to forge good friendships at the centre. A boy who thinks out of the box, Sean aspires to be a car designer or a lion dancer!
