Our goal is to raise $6,000 by uniting small business owners to make a collective impact — proving that when we lift others, we all rise together.
These include:
• Launching Launchpad Lifts Up, a community-wide campaign encouraging members to donate, give, and gather for good.
• Direct contributions from membership sign-ups, digital product sales, and fundraising events.
• Empowering entrepreneurs to align business growth with social purpose.
• Turning collective generosity into brighter futures for children in need.
Through this initiative, Launchpad is bringing together today’s founders to create a better tomorrow — one where success and compassion go hand in hand.

At Launchpad, impact is in our DNA. Every membership, event ticket, and collaboration supports causes that strengthen communities across Southeast Asia.
With Launchpad Lifts Up, the community is coming together this Christmas to fund a full year of education, mentorship, enrichment, and nutrition for a child living in a public rental flat.
As founder Megha Singh shares, this campaign embodies Launchpad’s belief that building bigger and better businesses should always come with creating a positive impact in the wider community — because a rising tide lifts all boats.
🌱 Story of Hope
Syafiqah, 8, lives with her single mother, who works late into the night, and her older sister in a rental flat. Energetic and expressive, she sometimes struggles with boundaries and also finds it challenging to form good friendships, often feeling ostracised and thus struggles with low esteem issues. With support from Young Hearts' staff and a community counsellor, she is slowing learning to make more thoughtful choices and communicate her emotions more appropriately and positively.
She aspires to be a badminton player or counsellor, helping others in ways she herself has received support. Syafiqah now has a safe space where she feels heard, is better able to share her worries, and is slowling building up her self-confidence as she learns how to better manage her emotions and to be respectful while forming new friendships with her peers.
