Tjin is also the co-founder of CRIB (Creating Responsible Innovative Businesses) a not-for-profit social enterprise empowering women through entrepreneurship by building communities, networking and through growth and learning events. CRIB has a membership base of over 200 female founders and runs workshops and learning sessions equipping businesses and founders with personal and business skills to thrive in today’s fast-changing business world.
