One half of Mia Tavola, Chef Nick is the heart behind our family business today. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he came from a family of chefs. Chef Nick's exposure to Italian cooking and traditions in his family kitchen has fuelled his love and passion for food. After graduating from culinary school, he has spent over 16 years in the New York restaurant scene, and has worked in some of the top restaurants and hotels in the city. With recipes that were passed down from generation to generation, Chef Nick hopes to bring Italian-American spirit to Singapore.

Mia Tavola was created as a labour of love with his wife Pam. The pair is able to thrive because of a shared passion towards Italian-American foods and a lot of love towards their craft. With Mia Tavola, they can stay connected to their roots while laying down the foundation to build a new home and future together.
